There are 2 options to become padi freediver instructor

• If you are already divemaster / assistant instructor
• and padi master freediver

• 18 years old

• live knowledge development sections
• 3 confined water teaching presentations
• 3 open water teaching presentations
• also the candidate must be able to do static apnea for 2.5min , dynamic apnea for 50 m, constant weight freediving to 20m and rescue a blackout diver from 15m
