Is mandatory to be certified as advance Freediver.

Includes :

• • knowledge development from padi eLearning
• 2-3 dives in a pool or confined water
• 2-3 dives in the open water

What you gain with this certification:

• The goal is to be able to do static apnea for at least 3.5 min , dynamic apnea for at least 75 m and constant weight freediving to a depth of 32m .
