Yes, you can ! for all the experience activities ( fun dives, snorkeling , etc) if you cancel more than 48 away of the activity you will get a fully refund . In case of a course if you cancel 48 hours away or more from the beginning of the course you will be able to get a refund minus the learning cost. The elearning is not refundable . The only case that this is refundable is in case of a physician denial to fit for diving . ( we need proof to issue this case)

If you do not manage to complete your course during the period that you will be near us , then we can share with you the training referral and explain how this works. So you can find an other dive center to complete your training. ( keep in your mind that the referral expires and will rice furthers costs to the next dive center) .

If the reason that you didn't complete your course is from our side ( unavailable instructor , gear issue ) you will get a refund of the part of the course that you did not complete. If you just need more time to practice and you do not have this time , no you will not get a refund . This is why is strongly recommended to have enough time to complete the course.

Yes! for fun dives , we need to have a minimum number of participants , good weather and we also evaluate the credentials of each diver. General we provide "easy" dives , but since safety is essential for us we might not offer a dive to a diver that does not fit to our standards.

For the courses this is rare because we do not have a minimum number of participants. the courses can be private but the other factors may apply.

The padi courses always based on performance requirements , not on time ! Due to this the time is not essential. An instructor with great experience can help you learn with the best way and on your time!

Is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Before each activity you will fill up a medical questionnaire , if there is something comes up there , you need a doctor to approve or not your activity , otherwise is recommended . This does not apply to professional courses. In these cases is mandatory .

Quality and safety are the main reasons. In our prices includes all rental gear including dive computer and Dan insurance. We also have a very low number of participants to be able to offer the activity( for fun dives from the shore we need 2 participants for the boat 4 ) . Usually in the market you will be able to find a price with out local taxes, without dive computer, without insurance etc, our price includes everything that you need and keep you safe!

Keep in your mind that our prices are fixed and no discount offers if you will have your own gear.

officially we are not able to offer this service due to conflict with the other professionals ( taxi drivers, transfers etc) according to the Greek law. Though we do offer pick up from metro stations that are on our way to the diving spots if the dive center does not work for you , just to make your life easier.

for your drop off if the hotel is on our way you are most welcome to drop you off there instead of our meeting point.

Generally speaking the pick up and drop off point will be discussed and agreed before your payment .

There are minimum  standards about diving and age ( differs between courses)  but not maximum .

Regarding fitness and diving there are some base standards such us to be able to perform a moderate exercise ( walk 1.6km in 14 minutes or swim 200m without resting ) .
